Reviewed by Brad, Mon Jun 30 2008 I have to agree with the previous reviews of the new formula for Streaks N Tips. The smell is awful, it goes on completely wet and no longer looks convincing. I can't even see how the new stuff would work on a full head of hair ... it just looks sticky and has a purple tint to it. It does have a lot more staying power, which is not necessarily a good thing. When I try to wash it out, it invariably leaves spots on my scalp that I end up having to use makeup remover to take off. I would really, really love to have the old stuff back. It looked completely convincing on my scalp with what little hair I have back there, it washed out completely when I wanted it to, and it did not have that vile odor. Sure, it got all over my pillowcases, which the new stuff does not do, but I would gladly sacrifice clean pillowcases for a scalp that does not look obviously painted. Please fix this! But for the past 3 months something about it has changed. I used to be able to spray my hair about 3 times with one can and now its taking the entire can to do half my hair. The scent has changed for the worse and its very runny. Its actually quite depressing. If anyone knows of another product that works better please let me know. Wow is this stuff great!!
