this product broke in a week!! and then my hair straightnend my hair the same as my cheep one!! it so SOO not worth the money..this product is a HUGE dissapointment..don't get one!! |

great but not dependable

I loved my Chi as soon as I got it, but unexpectedly on Valentine's Day it just stopped working! I sent it back to the manufacturers to check it out, and they sent me a new one for free. It took about a month before I recieved my new one because they had to do all these tests and stuff. I know some other people who have Chis and theirs have just stopped working too after like a few months. |

I've been working my way through flatiron hell trying to find the right one. The Chi at the salon leaves my hair looking great- shiny, silky to touch, humidity resistant. I did the Chi process on my hair nearly a year ago- so it's straight on the bottom and curly at the top. Haven't wanted to commit to stick straight- absolutely no other options hair again- so I've been searching. Bought one flatiron, return it, bought another, returned it. Called a internet place to order a Chi and the salesman talked me into a FH1- said it was never technology and better.
It didn't work so well either- so I started to wonder if perhaps I've just damaged my hair so thoroughly that nothing would work. So I went to the local beauty school and had them flatiron my hair with the Chi. Worked great- same shine as before.
So I'm ordering the one I've wanted all along today. Hope this will perhaps save you some time. |

one of the best iron. but never buy it for $200

I know that this is well known farouk chi flat iron that used throughout the beauty field. This is the one of the greatest flat iron that's affordable and really straights the fuzzy, curly, on almost any types of hair. Althrough, overview is great, but just a reminder, never pay $200 for this flat iron. This iron is no longer worth 200 dollars anymore since there are so many irons that are competible such as Wigo..etc. But about $100 will do, and it's a must for straight hair looking beauty! I own one, as well as almost everyone with my salon co-worker, you should too, for that straight sexy look! =) |
